Cancellations and Refunds |
- Your booking is a contract that Hobart Cabins and Cottages will honour.
- Tarrifs and deposits are not refundable if your trip is cut short.
- Cancellations received in writing 4 weeks prior to the booking will be refunded less a $30 cancellation fee. However your deposit can be transferred to altenate suitable booking within 6 months.
- Cancellations less than one month prior to the booking will forfeit the deposit.
- The management reserves the right to relocate or change the site number if necessary after booking.
- No refunds on peak season bookings unless entire booking is rebooked. Original booking is then subject to a 50% service fee, chargeable on cancellation.
